Service Description

Router One provides an AI Agent infrastructure platform that includes unified LLM API routing, intelligent model selection, budget management, rate limiting, and usage analytics. Our service acts as an intermediary between your applications and various LLM providers.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including API usage and associated costs.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Router One in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, budget controls, or other platform safeguards. Automated abuse or excessive load that degrades service for other users is prohibited.

Fees & Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Usage beyond your plan's included limits may incur additional charges. You are responsible for all fees associated with your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. LLM provider costs are passed through at the rates specified in your plan.

Intellectual Property

Router One and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Router One and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and API request content remain your property. We claim no ownership over the content you process through our platform.

Disclaimer

Router One is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party LLM providers. We are not responsible for the output quality, content, or behavior of the underlying language models. Service availability targets are specified in your plan's SLA terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your account is terminated.
